Day 2 Day 2 -- Prince William Sound
This morning, we drive south along scenic
Turnagain Arm, stopping to stretch our legs
on the Winner Creek trail, a gentle walk
through spruce forest and river canyon. After
a picnic lunch, streamside, we continue on to
Whittier for our boat journey across Prince
William Sound. Aboard our private, 42' boat,
we scope for whales, seals and other marine
wildlife as we journey among glacier-carved
fjords and snow-capped mountains. Upon
arrival in the fishing village of Cordova, we
settle into comfortable accommodations at a
restored fishing cannery.

Day 3 Day 3 -- Cordova
The Cordova area offers all that attract
visitors to other popular coastal
destinations;glaciers, wildlife, mountains,
fjords;but without the crowds. For every one
visitor to Cordova, 23 head to Seward and
even more cruise the waters of Glacier Bay.
For our first day of exploring this richly
scenic and wildlife-rich region, we head to
the Sheridan Glacier for a short hike to
Sheridan Lake. Here, rafts await us for a
paddle across the iceberg filled lake,
followed by a Class II & III raft trip down
the Sheridan River. After warming up with hot
drinks and a snack, we head to the Childs
Glacier to watch in awe as icebergs cal...

Day 4 Day 4-- Cordova
Today we don life jackets once again, but
this time to sea kayak the calm and scenic
waters of Orca Inlet, right out the door of
our lodge. Protected by the looming Chugach
Mountains, we paddle our stable crafts among
sea otters, seals, porpoises and incredible
bird life, including bald eages, blue herons
and diverse waterfowl. Stop to walk along the
unspoiled coastline and enjoy a picnic lunch
on a secluded beach. At Orca Lodge, we enjoy
plentiful meals in the original 'mess hall'
of the historic cannery, and watch as bald
eagles fish the salmon-rich waters.

Day 5 Day 5 -- Talkeetna
There's time to browse, shop and latté in
charming downtown Cordova this morning before
we board a plane back to Anchorage. Once
there, we drive north to Talkeetna (two

group. Departing Talkeetna late morning, we
continue to Denali National Park. At the Park
entrance, enjoy a picnic lunch before
beginning the scenic journey through the park
to our remote lodge. From taiga forests to
