These are the most common errors that occur when setting up and using Eudoral. We have included these suggested solutions to help you quickly get back receiving emai. If these do not fix your problems with Eudora you can contact Technical Support at 1-902-894-1739 for additional assistance.

Error:
There has been an error transferring your mail. I said: Pass and then the POP server (SERVER NAME HERE) said: ERR authorization failed
Fix:
Check to make sure that the the POP3 username is set correctly. (ex. if my e-mail address is test@test.net my POP3 Username would be test%test.net) Alos verify that the POP3 Username and password is in lowercase.

Error:
Error getting network address for "YOUR MAIL SERVER HERE" Cause: host not found (11001)
Fix:
Check to make sure that the incoming and outgoing mail servers are spelled correctly and in lowercase letters.
