How to Set Up Netscape Mail 6.0 for MyOAN!

Please note that we only support the most current version of Netscape Mail.

You need the settings for your particular domain MyOAN.com (standard service) or MyOAN.net (filtered service).

Open Netscape 6.
Click the Cancel button.
Click the Cancel button.
From the Tasks menu, choose Mail.
Select ISP or email provider.
Click the Next button.
In the Your Name field, type your full name.
In the Email Address field, type your email address. Please note that you have to enter your full email address as username@myoan.com (standard service) or username@myoan.net (filtered service).
Click the Next button.
Click the down arrow on the Server Type drop-down list and choose POP Mail Server.
In the Incoming Server area, type the POP3 server for your domain in the Server Name box (ie. mail.myoan.com - standard service and mail.myoan.net - filtered service).
In the Outgoing (SMTP) Server area, type the SMTP server for your domain in the Server Name box (ie. mail.myoan.com - standard service and mail.myoan.net - filtered service). .
Click the Next button.
In the User Name field, type your email address. Please note that you have to enter your full email address as username@myoan.com (standard service) or username@myoan.net (filtered service).
Click the Next button.
In the Account Name field, type a name to identify the email account. Please note that you have to enter your full email address as username@myoan.com (standard service) or username@myoan.net (filtered service).
Click the Next button.

You have set up MyOAN! in Netscape 6.
